It might be from goats, but it doesn’t taste like normal goat cheese. But goat cheese is delicious. Of all the cheese I’ve had I only hate fake cheese.

Halloumi is bread cheese from albasha if youve ever heard of it. Doesnt melt.
Has the same consistency as Queso Oaxaca

Seriously goat cheese makes me gag. I’ve tried it a few times….just to give it a fair shot. Just can’t do it.
But I’m really basic when it comes to cheese preference. I’m happy with a sharp cheddar and some crackers

The grocery store where I shop used to carry smoked baby swiss cheese which was really good. They no longer have it.

Not a huge fan of swiss cheese. Smoked Gouda now...
