sounds like a 2x NW Arkansas, good sized metro without a big decaying city in the middle of it

Jobs are probably the primary limiter on the populations of the cities that people are wondering about here. You can't just move somewhere if it is nice. You have to have something to do when you get there. Maybe work from home will loosen it up for people.

I am going to lobby to never return to the office, next step would then be to point out I don't have to live here to do it.
