Thats the problem... the lack of production from most of the "new" wfh employees is really showing.

Maybe the projects were getting done... but the super productive ones are sick of picking up the slack for the others. At least thats what i see.

have you seen how hard it is to fire someone in large corporates companies now? its as bad as government workers. HR wants a 6 month log of your troubles, wants a proof of meetings you have had with the employee discussing their issues and how you've planned to improve the situation. All of this BEFORE HR will come in a put them on an improvement plan for 3 months.
