It's too bad they weren't shot and killed in the act, but I guess being arrested is the 2nd or 3rd best thing that could happen.

Don't piss on my head and try to make me believe it's raining. I've been to Houston before Katrina. I have a lot of family there. It's a shite hole and wasn't much better back in the '60s.
I'll bet they got caught because they couldn't run with their pants around their knees.
