Wednesday Night Wrestling Wars Thread : NXT's Final Head Start Week Edition

We are 1 week away from the start of AEW Dynamite on TNT to officially kick off the Wednesday Night Wrestling War
But NXT has 1 more night alone with 1 hour on USA and 1 hour on WWE Network... coming once again from NXT home base in Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University
After the riot that ended last week's episode, the Beast of Belfast Killian Dain and the King of Bros Matt Riddle will try this whole street fight thing again... this time with the winner getting a shot at Adam Cole and the NXT Championship down the line
Wrestling reporters say you really couldn't get a much better series of matches than Keith Lee vs. Dominick Dijak on the independent circuit... well... we'll get that match tonight with Keith Lee and Dominick Dijakovic squaring off
the captain of Team Kick (has USM lost to Team Kick yet, G), Dakota Kai returns to action
WALTER has something he needs to say to KUSHIDA... something about a challenge for a 6-man tag match
that and much more on the final split edition of NXT on USA (next week all 2 hours of NXT remain on USA... no changing over to WWE Network)

Brandi Rhodes is exhibit A of nepotism. She has done absolutely nothing of note yet gets pushed like she is a headliner of the AEW women's division

She pretty much is. Their women's division is extremely weak. Brandi and Awesome Kong are the only ones with any name recognition. Britt Baker is the only one with any real star potential.

yeah they pretty much have to build the women's division from the ground... and it already took a major hit with Smiley Kylie Rae deciding to leave the company
they're really trying to get the Japanese women over... b/c that's the majority of their division seemingly... and I hope they realize having the women's title on a biological man (Nyla Rose) really won't help get its women's division over
1 name that maybe will help is Tenille Dashwood (the former Emma in WWE)... she's apparently working both AEW & Impact

The live crowds and the wrestlers last week were complaining about having to slow down their matches for commercials. Its gonna take them a little while to get used to that.
