RXs with express scripts

ES is owned by Cigna. I guess it makes sense for them to try and make money both ways. They also do shite you didn't even ask for, like monitoring all of your meds, make suggestions, and offer to set you up with and advisor. They offer things aboot 2x per week. They ship me 90 day supplies of medicine aboot every 40 days.

My Medical facility is firing Cigna as a provider on November 1st. I have to find all new Drs. that take Cigna.

I am finna pour a glass of wine.

my dad takes an Alzheimers med - Galantamine 12 mg 2x day. for a 90 day supply is it 227$ with express scripts.

I am declining that and opting for CVS using a GoodRx code and only paying 62$.

jfc- how do these drug companies think these old people can afford their meds.

I called my oldest brother to update him on all the RX changes I've made and that's what he told me as well. Thank the Lord and the dude with the red tie.

facts.

And my poor infusion patients who get IVIG every month- their infusion meds are in the $10,000- $20,000 range EACH infusion cycle.

it is so out of control. It is a whole ordeal jumping through the hoops to get meds covered for these sweet little people.
