Their dumb for not creating a backdoor for their-selves. However, you shouldnt have to give them your password. However i would change the password to something basic "password123" then give that to them. Try to comply.

I'm going to leave the grammatical errors alone and instead ask if your company has an MDM that includes a "backdoor". The MDM we use certainly does not.
