As soon as the e-cig companies join in with the cig companies and start paying of the states all of this will be over.
This is simply high level extortion, ecig sales have cut governmental revenue.

Don’t care if they sell them, or don’t sell them.
And I think vapes being under the regulatory and possible legal microscope is a legit reason to not sell them right now.
As bad as cigarettes are, they are a known commodity and the legal and regulatory hurdles have already been jumped.
