I haven't heard anything bad about Supertech or Kirkland. They're made by other companies with good reputations.
I'd switch to a Fram Ultra oil filter. It has the best efficiency ratings and isn't crazy expensive.

I go 8k full synthetic. If the worst waste of money I ever incur in this world is changing my oil too soon I’m okay with that.
