Only problem I've had with them is that they will bug you to death about referrals. I finally sat the guy down after about the 5th visit asking for referrals and told him politely that I had no issues with his product but if didn't stop bugging me about it, I WOULD start making negative comments. He told me he understood and it was just a company policy to push for them. He hasn't bothered me since.

Vivent is a scam. They know not to knock on my door when they pass through my neighborhood.

They were in my neighborhood yesterday evening. You could tell the gentleman was dropped off to canvas the area and knock.
From what I could tell, he didn't appear aggressive, because he was on his phone the entire time while walking around. I didn't actually see him talking with any of my neighbors. He was actually side by side for a while with me as I was walking my dog.
Still not sure how he got past the gated entrance and armed security guard. Am I doing this right OT'ers?
