They may be operated by the same company but they are different laws

you think speeding falls under the same enforcement code as running red lights or stop signs

jackass

And it's almost universal that it doesn't matter whether schools in session or not they like maintaining driver habits in school zones

And yes red light cameras and speed cameras are operated by the same company.

You're wrong. EBR red light cameras are mounted on poles at intersections all over BR and have nothing to do with speeding tickets.

They will not boot your car, it doesn't go on your driving record, your credit report, or anything else. I've had a few going back several years... I know.

ETA - it's a contract some company in Ohio has with EBR. They send out notices, people pay them, they give a % back to EBR. You don't pay them and nothing happens.

thats the way the law is written, the send to the registered owner of the vehicle its a civil fine not a moving violation

the owner of the vehicle is responsible

cameras don't use facial recognition

I sent them nearly $500 and they sent the code, AND instructions to drop off their fricking boot at a station under an overpass!

They make you bring their fricking boot back to them!

This is fricking hilarious!
