Verizon Store kept my Sim card

Bought a phone on Verizon website. Took both phones to the Verizon Store to have everything transferred to new phone. The clerk took my old SIM card and put it in new phone. And I thought I saw her put the other card in the old phone. Got home and no SIM card in old phone.
Did she keep that card?
Was she supposed to?

You got taken by the pop up storefront scam. Your identity is now stolen.

Quintarrius just took out a $14,000 loan in your name.

Literally doesn’t matter. She kept the card from the new phone - it was never activated. She just used the old one.
Doesn’t matter at all. The things are free if yours stops working for some crazy reason just stop in and they will give you a new one.
She also rolled her eyes behind your back at the fact you couldn’t move your SIM card yourself

Good point about the fappening and sites like that. Phone company employees are probably a big trafficker of that. Never thought about that But hey the OT is all about learning
