I wish I knew what to say.

Did I already read that you paint everything by hand?
If so, quiet impressive.

Hey Vader, I took up model building partly because of your posts. I've completed one and am working on another. They both suck, but I can see some improvement in the second. I enjoy building them and besides, I needed something to do to run the clock on bad weather days.
Wow. That’s awesome. I hope you keep at it.

Those Germans loved designing new vehicles, didn’t they?
Indeed they did. And it was one of their downfalls. Instead of concentrating on mass production of a single proven version of a vehicle, they instead made a myriad of vehicles and a myriad of different variants of those vehicles. The 234 is a prime example. The first 234 was built in 1943 and in less than two years there were four variants. This one that I’ve built, the 234/3 saw less than 100 produced.

Can’t imagine trying to drive a vehicle while someone is shooting off canons a foot behind me.

Nice one Darth. Not my favorite of your collection, but haven’t seen one you’ve done that I didn’t like.
Thanks I appreciate that.

I like more rust around the bolts,
I was going to add some rusting to it at first. But then I considered the fact this variant was only produced from June to December in 1944. Being that I did this one to portray being a part of the 23rd Panzer Div fighting in Hungary in early ‘45, I decided against rust since it most likely wouldn’t have any yet.

It’s actually really awesome. Go watch videos of the driver’s viewpoint an Abrams firing its main gun.

Makes sense. You’ve got a real talent.

Mostly WW2 armor. German, Russian, Japanese. Also do modern armor, the latest being the Israeli Merkava.

Can't believe people are down voting this.

You should share your work. I’d love to see it.

I just wondered aloud yesterday when Vader’s next model post would be. My lady was like, what? I showed her & she said “oh that’s cool”
Great posts take time.
