The Matilda was somewhat decent. In its time, its frontal armor was impervious to anything the German’s had short of the 8.8cm, which at that time was only being fielded by Luftwaffe AA units.
But it did have the rather unimpressive 2 pounder. So there’s that.

As a kid, I made maybe 3 or 4 planes you could buy at the local merchandise store in a box in pieces. They weren't perfectly aligned or I left to much glue on certain areas but it was cool to build them.

That’s how I got started back in the 70s. We’d go to K-Mart almost every weekend and I get some sort of toy, usually it was Star Wars related, like a stormtrooper action figure or something. But oftentimes I’d get a model and build it.

With no HE round for an "infantry support" tank, and its reliability was as abysmally bad as the rest. Fortunately, it had two engines to make up for it. Or not.
