I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the 4x4's were but the rest I don't believe were. The stain didn't look any different.
eta: or I could have been lying and used a miter cut and cornered two 2x4's.

I would just use treated 2x4 and wrap them with the wood of your choice stain then roll epoxy on them
