Watched it. He's got his innocent cop face on. She was beating him good not just hittin. Droppin' blows, calm, cries, calm, cries. Not bipolar just a lil guilty. He's tryin' to be passive with the cops jeez. One push in that landscape -> sudden death.

He's not. He's just one of the OT's most vociferous assholes.
I personally know a woman who has brain damage from an angry boyfriend swerving off the road to 'kill them both' 25 years ago.
That's a plausible theory.

My brother’s ex girlfriend tried to do the same thing years ago. She was driving and tried twice to crash into a light pole. I was following them because we all were supposed to go to a party. They had been fighting all damned day.

That girl is coo coo. I don't know where she went or what she did, but she lost her shite (again) and dipped on ole boy or he said frick it and left her behind somewhere.
Also, as bad as it looks, I think dude is truly a man of principle and wouldn't break his moral code. I know this sounds stupid but did y'all hear why he turned down the bottle of water? Because he doesn't like the plastic bottles. Hot as shite outside, just got done fighting, cops all around, and this dude didn't want a bottle of water because it went against his principles.

Could be an example of just what the one cop said, letting people go on a warning with a wink and a nod can lead them to be hesitant calling the police later if something should go awry.
