We are right in the black portion of the hook to east of The Colony. Actually frisco, though.

The tornado, if there is one, should miss you, then. I'd wait it out a bit longer, though.

We are out but not our home alarm is going off every 30 seconds with the tornado warning until 10:30

How far away can you hear a tornado? Does it sound like constant rumbling low thunder?

They've had observed tornadoes with worse looking velocity tonight.

I can still hear the constant low growling to our west and alarms going off.

It’s not close like in our neighborhood. It’s close like a couple neighborhoods over where the alarms are going off. I can hear actual thunder through it.
