All that has to happen for women’s sports to make more money ... is to have more women watch them. There’s more than enough women around, with enough buying power, to keep some soccer and WNBA teams afloat. They just have to choose to do it.

The fact is that many women would much rather keep fashion designers rich than sports stars, and there’s nothing wrong with that either.

Women's soccer doesn't make even 1/10th of what men's does globally.

You’re not wrong, but they simply don’t generate the same revenue. All the bullshite aside, it really is that simple. And the women play absolutely nobody. The level of athleticism and competition isn’t even in the same universe
