was the COVID pandemic the first time some of you realized that the government has the authority to manage health crises?
Is this the first time you realize that there are 3 co-equal branches of said government, and the legislative branch/Congress should have been the proper channel to manage the pandemic when bills/laws/mandates came about in the fall of 2021, some 18 months after the first wave and several months after Delta wave. That's called transparency to the American people, because both Houses have to go on record and there's accountability to one's constituents. However what we got was stale dated executive emergency powers and a complete shitshow workaround by attaching to obscure red taped agencies like OSHA/CMS.

You might have me on a discussion of the overuse and abuse of executive authority; however, at this point, every president since at least Lincoln, and the reluctance of the opposition party at the time, have pretty much set the standard that EO as de facto legislation is lawful.
Don’t know if that can be undone at this point.

It's amazing that this is controversial.
Has any of these 547 shots been proven to even help the elderly or at risk populations?
Or is that why we changed the definition of vaccine?
