I'm pretty sure that picture is Noel Ramirez, one of the officers.

Technically there is a certain segment of the population that feels this way. This is a bullshite feeling of something that does not exist.
Obama said it should trouble us all and he meant that we should be sympathetic to this segment of society...which is bullshite. It should trouble us that we acknowledge it and go sjw to this bullshite...Obama did everything just shy of saying it's okay to shoot cops. As a president, he should have done almost the exact opposite of half of the shite he did. Now we're left with this mess of a society to clean up...
On a good note, without Obama, we may have never had Trump to MAGA. There's a saying that sometimes things have to get worse (Obama) before they get better (Trump). I can't think of a better example to use that saying with.
