Buy one on Macys website and get it tailored. With all the pieces, you can probably get a decent one for $400 all in if there are some sales (always are) and never have to rent one again.
I get complemented on mine all the time and it is Calvin Klein (with a nicer shirt). I just tailored the shite out of it to look bespoke.
ETA:
This isn't my favorite jacket, but it's $269 Calvin Klein tuxedo you could get tailored to look very good.

I bought a tux for under 200 at Tuxedo's to go in nola and it's great. Buying pays for itself in two uses. No point in renting IMO.

Tims Formalwear on Florida. Lady at Macy's recommended them. Have used them twice with great results and very good price. Just go during the day.

What’s wrong with Squires?

I think I'm actually going to swing by Macy's on the way home and see what they have on the rack.

You don’t own a bespoke formal wear?

I bought mine from Perlis for the price of about four rentals. Comes with free lifetime alterations. You live in south Louisiana, so you know you're going to mardi gras balls...Be a man, own your own tux.

Have a tux and two suits from here, and a hand me down jacket from back when they were Porter Stevens. They altered the Porter Stevens jacket at no cost. Thought that was pretty stand up of them. I highly recommend them.
The tux is less than $200 and comes with everything you need minus shoes. No reason not to own one at that price.

Ciro can't ship my Kiton cashmere until the 15th. And I loaned out the gulfstream to a Sultan's kid, so I'm stuck.
