Factory ones were around $180 iirc and the negative cable is not easy to put on.

eta-One way to test the TCM and ECM is to pop them out of their holders and put a bag of ice water on them. We figured mine out by hitting the TCM with an air jet, cooling it off, when it was acting up. If yours acts up after it gets warm it could be one of these. It took mine about a year to get to the point it wouldn't start occasionally.

Installed a new ground and a new positive battery cable last night. So the only things I haven't replaced are the negative cable, the 175 Amp megafuse and the Power Control Module (PCM)
