Afternoon update:

Traffic is still a mess.

Even 607 is backed up to the rest area.

Road closed on 90

Traffic jam on I-10

110 is absolutely fricked

If you want to avoid a larger stretch, take the Buccees exit and head north. Turn left at Dubuisson. That'll take you to Kiln-Delisle Road. Turn right and go about 6 miles and you'll hit 43/603. Turn right again and go about 2 miles. 43 splits off from 603. Take 43 to Picayune and you can get on I-59 there.

Unfortunately there's no good way before that because you have to go way, way north to find a toad between exits 28 and 24. Also can't go south right now because one of the roads down that way is closed.
