I’m sorry, Cupcake but you’re wrong. You’ve been lied to and you’ve bought into that lie. Science, real science and not politically driven agenda science, says there are two genders. You are born as one of those two genders. Nothing can change your gender. The only thing cosmetic surgery can do is mutilate a body to appear similar to the opposite gender. A man cannot become a woman nor can a woman become a man. And if a woman thinks she’s a man, that doesn’t make her a man. It makes her a woman with a mental delusion. Same for a man who thinks he’s a woman. Those are facts. They cannot be changed just because you, or some scientists willing to shred their scientific integrity for their political agenda, don’t like them.

Thanks for the nickname but you are equating gender and sex. Gender is more cultural than biological but there are even issues there. Science is science but feel free to holler fake news and live in your ideological bubble. It doesn't make any difference to me.
