I have a friend who's oldest son turned transgender...refers to his son as "she" or gabby...instead of Gabe his birth name
now he is 19...just engaged to another person who I think is a female but I am not sure.

It should be illegal to refer to a MAN as "she", or a female as a "he".

Nah...looks like one of many frivolous lawsuits that inmates file on a daily basis. And “she” will probably win something as Wicca is a recognized religion in the federal prison system and some states.
