Does baths and kitchens almost exclusively for about 25 years in BR and is very good.

Licensed and insured and great references. Only one I would use for those scopes.

I wanted to add, if you're planning on staying in this house, install Schluter-KERDI products in the shower and under the tile floor. Here's a link:

Protect your investment

It's worth every extra penny, just make sure your contractor has prior experience installing it. Don't let them talk you out of it.

ETA: You can also install DITRA-Heat by the same company under your tile if you want to get out of your bath/shower on warm tile.

Also, comparative to the environment and rainfall, your tub/shower sees the equivalent of 3" of rainfall per day. Go all out on the moisture protection safeguards. Traditional methods aren't built to last.
