I said it blows me away how anyone could let something like gay marriage negatively affect their day to day life.

I realize this wasn't where this thread was necessarily going, but I know you see my point.
We obviously shouldn't just value the opinions of them just because they can sing and dance, but because of their power and wealth and influence with the younger generation, they can get a message across better than any Joe Schmo.
Now its up to us to find out which ones are putting out a smart message and doing it for the right reasons.
I think we can both agree on that
