That's why the premise was addressed to New Orleanians.
Clearly to the world, the Superdome is iconic.
But, to people that grew up in NO, I'd venture to say many/most know Lee Circle as much as they know the Superdome...parades, bj's, etc.

As a native Slidellian who spent every Mardi Gras in high school at Lee Circle I can tell you that we all hold it very high on our list of iconic places in the city.
