I tip mine 25%. $56 total on Friday for hair cut and beard trim with a straight razor on my neck.

I tip my regular about 40-50%, but I generally am a shitty tipper if I have to go somewhere else bc my regular is out of commission when I want a haircut.
My regular will slide me in over appointments, cut my shite after hours if it's an emergency, and has even came by the house to clean me up in a super emergency though. Those types of things usually get her 100%+ tip.
A good hairdresser, with a good book of business, can make very good money.
