This changing times twice a year debate is clear evidence that nobody really wants it settled, but lots of people just like to posture, bark, quibble and bicker, like a herd of sea lions on a beachfront. Meanwhile the time insanity goes on. Here’s something... why not settle on one or the other, set it, and then leave it the frick alone. For good.
