Can an engineer or a 9/11 conspiracy expert please explain how a fire can collapse a bridge?

Moisture in the concrete heated to a gaseous state causing the bridge to destroy itself as the steam ruptures the concrete trying to escape.

The bridge that collapsed was constructed using prestressed concrete girders. Given enough intensity and time exposed to fire, concrete will begin to deteriorate and the reinforcement and prestressing strands within elongate due to the weight of the structure. This allows the girder to bend or sag and eventually collapse.
