I’m sorry I’m getting old, but did I hear a whole neighborhood of black citizens yelling to defund the police or to call the police?

Thought they overwhelmingly wanted the police out of their neighborhoods and were demanding social workers and crises counselors to address domestic disturbances just like this scenario?

I must be getting old cause it seems just like yesterday this was on every news outlet available?

Or maybe it was never the black community and just the MSM and the progressive filth like BLM that have left the black community holding the bag as usual and that bag is bone dry, not a dime left in it.

Would you feel different if the homeowner/boyfriend had beat the ever-living shite out of her, and they were going after him for revenge?

Does the dynamic change if she also lived in the house and they were invited guests (by her)?

Curious, I heard that in Louisiana if an intruder is running out of the house and you shoot them in the back, there are potentially legal consequences against the homeowner. This loos like shots were being fired with them in the doorway.

I would imagine a prosecutor would need something mighty strong to take that to a jury who he knows will be on the side of the homeowner regardless as to what the law technically says.

MS requires unanimous juries so things are a bit different here, no prosecutor would touch that, zero chance for conviction.
