Yup, my buddy and I were pretty well off for working 20-22 hours a week as freshmen to sophomores. We shared tips with the bartenders in Scottsdale and would make at least $1500 for 8 days of work per month. Pay and friendly waitresses made up for the long hours. Kind of fun thinking back to it.

I did 12's 13 on one off for a little while. Mega frick that.

My old man works 7 12's on and then 7 days off. Incredibly badass schedule IMO.

Eta: it burns me up that the office worker types would mostly rather sleep till 8 rather than wake up 2 hours earlier and get a whole extra day off.

I could never work 7 12s in a row at my job. 5 is my max and I have to have several days off after.


My job can be mentally and physically draining though.
