The only ones I like for reviews come out of the UK. I really like the ones Chris Harris does, partly because I only like performance car reviews and he car drive the frick out of a car. He just did one on the 992 911 GT3 Touring.

This is my favorite. But he'll never be the guy I go to for "what car to buy" for obvious reasons. It's more of a history lesson, social commentary, etc.
He's closer to Jay Leno's Garage in terms of just showcasing random cars. I like Jay's stuff too.
