Luxury?
Porsche Cayenne

Those are luxury
The OP's choices are legit entry-level luxury SUVs. Porsche and LR cover the mid to high end and Bently and RR are hyper high-end luxury.
tOT is like a frustrated car forum, everyone wants to talk about whatever vehicle is on their mind with little regard to the OP's question. OweO had a thread yesterday that allowed people to dream about unlimited finances. Someone even filled their three car garage with a trio of Ferrari 250 GTOs, I assume with the idea to sell at least two of them, probably all three after he actually took one for a spin. I don't think the OP is looking for $100-400k options.

Look up the lexus enform app. I got a year free with purchase, but personally did not renew. It is actually nicer than the key fob in some respects. You have to be close to the car to start with the fob. This is through your cell phone, so I could start from anywhere. Could lock and unlock doors from anywhere. Would notify me if I forgot a door unlocked and could lock from the office or something instead of walking to the garage. I think the site looks up your model and year. Not sure what features are available for each year, but mine was a 2017 ES350.
I loved having the Lexus. Was totalled in an accident and wife had since gotten a more "luxury" car so didnt seem as necessary. They are definitely my go to brand for value and reliability.
