I just figured out what you meant, yes I would

That is where you will be alongside others of similar experience, but there will be some of the more experienced folks there too helping out

Of course you are welcome to try any of the classes, and perhaps you would try a couple of different ones.

Think of the Gracie classes as beginner and the modern as advanced

It's not to say beginners are not welcome in the advanced classes, it is just that the 'modern' classes are more deeper theory based classes with more complex concepts that are not grasped until you have a good understanding of the basics and how to move

Thanks for all the kind words guys!
I do feel strongly that we provide the highest level jiu jitsu training in Louisiana. I can tell you that we cater to both hobbyist who have never done anything like this in their lives (and are completely out of shape) as well as any highly skilled competition minded grapplers that are looking for the toughest training they can find. We have the highest concentration of high ranking competitors and teachers. Although what I'm most proud of is our diverse and loose culture, it's a place where everyone can truly feel comfortable.

If anyone would like to try our gym out come do a trial. It's $25 and you get to keep the uniform. Nothing to lose.
