never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a ride. Thank god, because your phone was almost dead.
I actually had to request a ride shortly after because my phone was about to die. Would have stayed longer if not for phone battery. I need to plan better next time!

You aren't. Thing is, the users define what is a shitty car. If his car is inadequate, he will get poor ratings and get kicked off until he upgrades.

"Google says it may partner with Uber on this, and goodness knows Uber has set one of the worst examples when it comes to public safety and accountability."
“So much for being an Uber ‘partner,’” said Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association CEO Alfred LaGasse in an email to VentureBeat. “Kalanick’s comment displays the same lack of consideration for people that Uber has shown when it comes to public safety in its transportation business.”

Just drive for Uber, dickjones. If you can't beat them (you won't unless the gov shuts 'em down), join them.

That is what is happening. That last link was for drivers. They have been made to let drivers opt out of their arbitration clause. UBER should be paying for their gas and maintaince. Just shows that no one checks facts just quick to start spweing harsh comments.
