We had a poor bastard we played little league with and his dad would tear him up for everything he did or didn’t do. Everyone on the team felt sorry for him, even the coaches tried to tell his dad to ease up. This what back when an arse chewing was normal, but this guy was insane.

My 8 year old son was in left field and a deep fly was hit his way, thoughts of him not making the play ran through my mind. He calmly put his glove up to shoulder height and caught the ball, then threw to second to double off the runner.
