New College Dr exit (west bound) may help the Interstate backup because of lane numbers, but good ole College Dr is still gonna be 4 lanes

Wont change a thang for College Dr.

I was, but I got a letter from Elon telling me I had to go to the office.

How can I turn the frogs gay from home?

It’s going to absolutely suck for i12 drivers now if it’s going to remain the way it’s currently setup. Ugh.

Eventually the direct route to College will open up, but the issues right now are that the direct route to College isn't open yet and 12W gets funneled down to 2 lanes well before merging with 10W. So instead of having College traffic and 12W traffic on 3 lanes with the outside one eventually becoming exit-only for College, you currently have all of it squished into 2 lanes until it merges with 10W and then any College traffic from 12W has to do a mad dash across all the lanes to make it to College in time.

It will get better once the direct route opens, but I can see how it's going to be a problem for many until then.
