Yea I was wrong...they bill in units and I realized I did a unit at 300 gallons when it should be 100 gallons
So those numbers should be 5000 gallons in the normal months and 20000 gallons for the erroneous month that they claim is valid.

Ah yeah that's more like it.
But the 20k is still wildly wrong obviously. It's funny how much faith people put in systems and processes, even in cases of obvious error. Maybe instead of faith it's more of an aversion to owning mistakes.
