CA and MN are more free than red states? 
The states where they forced you to inject your body with experimental ineffective medications
Speaking from experience, I spent over a month in CA in the latter Covid years and had to show fake papers in order to enter numerous places while I was there. Restaurants, hospitals, office buildings, etc. I have no doubt the main criteria includes abortion and legalization of drugs and obviously gambling (NV:#1)

It’s not the least free, but it’s probably closer to the bottom or middle than the top
