We are still looking for Inspector candidates to submit for consideration asap.
The position is for at least 3 months and not expected to be longer than 6 months.
We want local candidates in the Baton Rouge/Lafayette area, with the following:
· Work is part of the Shelter at Home program.
· Construction/home repair, inspection or related experience is required.
· Ability and comfort in using electronic devices for reporting.
· Strong interpersonal skills needed.
· 5 days/week, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but the 5 days could include Saturdays and/or Sundays
· Will receive inspection schedule the afternoon/early evening the day before, then meet another inspector at the first house the following morning. Inspections will be clustered together in the same area/locations. 4 inspections/day averaging 2 hours each.
· Employees are responsible for traveling to job locations.
· Position requires some physical stamina, as the inspectors are on their feet and active during their shift.
· Must be able to start work immediately (as in tomorrow!)
