Had a friend who has done it all over. Said the worst and most disappointing was Dubai.
She disliked Dubai for a myriad of reasons but mentioned how she had a $60k apartment allowance and still had to get something small in a high rise across town. Weird thing was that the prices were completely artificial and 90% of the building was vacant.
Basically they treat people like slaves, go back on their deals once you get there but there's no recourse, etc.
