What's really scary is that teachers in EBR parish schools aren't allowed to correct this type of grammar now, in verbal usage or even written, because it's "cultural dialect"

This is what happens when the incompetent are given something to manage... chaos ensues. In this case, expensive chaos.

Sad part is stupid people passed this tax.
The problem with this tax is there is really no oversight by the metro council since they are ran like a state non profit agency.

I do love our hack of a councilman Dwight Hudson is on TV asking her to step down when in reality it should be the state representatives. Dwight, does not give a crap about fixing things in his district unless you live in Shanedoah, where his money man is. If they want a tax increase for the crime prevention district you won't here a chirp out of our tax buster man Dwight. The rest of district 9 is screwed with this hack. The metro council has no control over this agency except to cut funding from the metro council. The state representatives need to step up and ask her to resign.

The only thing we might be able to do is have a tax revote petition. If it was even legal think of the time and money it would cost people to do this.

It is a shame St George will be the same way.
If you are apart of the Shenandoah sub and support the crime prevention district you will be ok. If your sub is not then you won't get squat except a crime prevention district forced down your throat without much say. Yes, if you live in district 9 And not in a crime prevention district it is coming. I hate to say this Henry Grace apart of the St George Crime prevention district will try to force one on you. Then he wants all the districts to be in a political organization which guess who will be the head of it. This is your boy Dwight a tax busters buddy and the guy who financed his campaign.

If St George is approved you will have no choice. Basically, the point fingers but Bodi, Henry Grace, and Dwight will force these districts on us if we become St George.

I use to live in District 9 and I remember Mike Roubigue taking care of things. Leaders today sit on their hands and let special interests run everything.

Clark-Amar has no case really. In the article it says that the family withdrew all monies out of the bank when they found out Clark-Amar was the executor. You can only withdraw money from a deceased person's account if you are the estate executor, signer or a co-owner on the account. I'm assuming a family member was on the account as a co-owner. Therefore, the money can be legally claimed as their own because on the account the are the CO-OWNER. Any account with a co-owner or beneficiary CAN NOT go through probate because it is not apart of the estate.

P.S. - Always put a loved one on the account as a beneficiary or co-owner. Those designations proceeds an executive status.
