I think the EBRP COA board is her boss. If I am correct they decide on her salary, she answers to them, etc.

The person who allegedly helped Amar write herself into the estate is on the board.
It's not funny. It's sad and pathetic. This is the kind of shite that makes taxpayers in Louisiana so skeptical and distrustful of their government. CoA receives funding from EBR taxpayers despite a history of waste and now this.
