Sunglasses Repair?

In general, where does one go to have sunglasses repaired? I have a pair that I really like, but they are showing their age. I would like to get a few scratched polished out or filled, frame tightened and the little nose things have fallen off in the last few days.
Normally I would just go buy a new pair, but these have traveled the world with me and are almost like an old cap you just can't bring yourself to trash.
So, Lenscrafters or something like that?

Send them in to the manufacture for repair.
