have family near deland which is right by daytona. it figures will probably stay parallel to the coast until it gets in our neck of the woods. Said they expected it to hit jax around 2 pm but looks like it will be here sooner than 2pm.

Didn't sleep well last night and played a 2.5 hour tennis match today. Fell sleep at 3:30 for a quick nap and woke up at 11:00. At least this has been interesting.

Yeah. I'm into meteorology and weather but obviously don't wanna see anyone get hurt or their stuff messed up. Hoping everyone stays safe.

yeap called my insurance company made sure everything was good. Have prepared everyone for extended power outage. Not sure it will hit home with kids till the power has been out a few days. I was in lafayette, school at ULL, when lillie hit in 2002 and the power was off for like 2 weeks. that sucked.
