No dumbass. Stop signs on interstate exits are the same in New Mexico as they are in New York.

Ok I didn't mean that i don't know what a stop sign looks like. It was poorly worded meaning like I could use it as an excuse to get the ticket reduced.

Call them and ask if you can have it reduced to a non-moving (the irony here lol). They get their money, you keep it off your record.

Bummer. I'm usually rolling into Opelousas around 1-2am most trips from Houston. There's usually no one driving along that stretch of highway even during the day, so it's enticing to "roll through" those stop signs.

Yeah it was late for me and you couldn't see anyone at all in the area. When I was pulled over only one car passed us in the 10 minutes I was pulled over. But whatever will call and try to get it moved to a non moving

You'll have to fill out a request at the DA's office and put a St. Landry's resident as a reference. I've gotten a few of these and put down my ex's mom as one. They'll usually give it to you.
