I'm confused. Are you saying that that could Charlie, the victim, and this is old footage from several days ago?
If so, then I doubt his friend, the OP, would not have told us the specs on the motor that was taken??

Just pulled up the guys Facebook. I believe that is the rightful owner. One of his first pics he has the same hat and has a beard. So close

Do huh? It's just a different trolling motor. The original owner could have put that on after the pics in the OP were taken.
