Thomas Beall, 37, was arrested Tuesday evening in separate incident after another woman called to report a naked man sitting in his vehicle and masturbating in a public parking lot.

Too many good looking moms around there. It's difficult keeping your hands out of your pants walking around the Target at 4pm on weekdays. These baws just had enough.

better in the car in the parking lot than in the store. It's just like when you have to really take a shite, sometimes you jist know you're not going to be able to make it home.
